Why event flying is different
Demand may exceed local parking, FBO, customs and crew capacity. Authorities can issue slot, prior-permission, security, temporary-flight-restriction or drop-and-go procedures. Aircraft may need to reposition after passenger drop-off, increasing cost and operational complexity. Hotels, drivers and catering also sell out well before the event.

Dates and operational notices must stay current
Event dates, venues and aviation procedures can change. Every event page should carry a last-verified date, link to the organizer and identify whether an airport restriction is permanent, seasonal or event-specific. Operational notices should never be copied forward from a prior year without reconfirmation.
