Airport records and FBO records should be separate but connected: one airport can host multiple FBOs, and an FBO brand can operate at many airports.

Accuracy matters operationally
Airport and FBO information can change through NOTAMs, construction, temporary customs hours, staffing, events or weather. Directory pages are planning references, not operational dispatch products. Pilots and operators must use current official aeronautical information, NOTAMs and direct FBO confirmation.
Official global airport identifiers may require licensed ICAO data. U.S. airport master records are available through the FAA Airport Data and Information Portal. BizJet Journal must record the legal source and effective date of every imported field.
