Original certified E1000 reference configuration from 2020, with a four-blade propeller. Later GX and AX versions have separate equipment standards.
Overview
The E1000 turns Epic’s composite single-engine turboprop design into a factory-built certified aircraft. The PT6-powered six-seat platform targets owners seeking high cruise performance within a personal and business-aircraft footprint.
Program history
FAA type certification followed in November 2019 after a multi-year development programme. The E1000 established the certified line that subsequently progressed through the GX and AX variants.
