Falcon 8X
The Falcon 8X extends the 7X concept with a longer cabin and greater range. Three PW307D engines, a refined wing and Dassault’s digital flight controls support long international missions, while the cabin length permits a broader choice of seating, rest and work areas.

Overview
Program history
Dassault developed the 8X from the 7X rather than starting with a separate control philosophy. Airframe, engine and aerodynamic changes expanded capability, while software adjusted handling to keep a familiar pilot experience. The program sought to deliver more reach and cabin flexibility without discarding the operating characteristics established by the earlier fly-by-wire trijet.
