Overview
Program history
The 50-4 arose as an aftermarket performance upgrade for the original Falcon 50. The conversion program developed the existing TFE731-3/3D engines into the -4 configuration and required associated changes to nacelles and engine instrumentation. It is therefore a modified Falcon 50 configuration, distinct from both a standard early aircraft and a factory-built Falcon 50EX.
