Overview
Program history
The XLS Gen2 continued the Excel-to-XLS lineage with changes aimed at cabin comfort and everyday use. It retained the established airframe class rather than creating a larger jet. Its place in the sequence is after the XLS+ and before the more extensive cockpit, cabin-floor and engine changes of the Ascend.
